What counts as one draft check?
A check counts once when SalesSynq reviews at least one claim and saves the result. Failed attempts, duplicates, or drafts with no sales claim do not use your allowance.
When do my 30 free checks reset?
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Your current usage stays visible at the top of Proof.
Does Proof Pro make approval easier?
No. Free, Pro, and Enterprise judge claims the same way. Pro only adds more checks, more teammates, longer history, and saved lines.
How do teammates join Proof Pro?
Choose 1–5 total seats, including the workspace owner. Teammates sign in with the same connected HubSpot account, then the workspace owner approves them. Teams with more than five seats can move to Enterprise.
Can I change the seat count in Stripe later?
Not in self-serve today. The number you choose at checkout stays fixed for that subscription. Stripe lets you update payment details or cancel; contact SalesSynq to change the number of seats.
Can I cancel Proof Pro?
Yes. At the end of the paid period, the workspace returns to Proof Free and teammate seats are removed. Eligible past checks stay saved, and teammates can request access again after a future upgrade.
